Shopping on FeelynX is SIMPLE! Once you have decided the product you want to buy, follow the steps below:
Click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add this product to your cart
Click on ‘VIEW CART and CHECKOUT’ in the pop-up
Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password
Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate
Choose your preferred payment option
Click on ‘Confirm order’ to complete your order
Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of whether your order has been confirmed or not, please contact us a few hours after your order placement.

We will send a confirmation mail to the email address you have used to register with us. In some cases, our customer service representative may call to confirm the order.

We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered on the date listed on the product. To know more about our delivery timelines, please check Shipping & Delivery.

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via Email and SMS once it is on its way to you. You can track your order here using the Order number provided to you at check out.

We do our best to deliver on time. If in some exceptional case we are late, we will then inform you proactively. In case of any doubt or questions, do not hesitate to contact us. You can also follow your order’s progress by entering the order number here.

You can choose from the different payment methods available on FeelynX. Please find below the list of available payment methods:
• Pay on the website
• Pay on Delivery (Pay via POD, Cash, or direct bank transfer)
• Voucher
You will be required to select your preferred payment option at checkout. Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service for more information.

POD stands for Pay on Delivery. With POD, you can pay via cash or with a valid Naira bank card to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.

Please Note:
Some products, regions, or pickup stations may not be available for POD. Please check our website for a list of locations where pay on delivery is available.

It could be that:
• Your total cart value is under ₦1,500.
• Your delivery option (Location or Pickup Station) is not eligible for Pay On Delivery.
• Pay on Delivery is currently disabled on your account.
• The item requires prepayment before processing.

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs, or additional dispatch charges.
The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all-inclusive, all taxes are included with the list prices.

Fraud detection and prevention are very important to us. We take all steps to ensure that transactions are genuine and that our customer’s details are completely secure. Online payments are monitored continuously for suspicious activity and some transactions are verified manually if we feel that it is not authorized by the owner of the card.

If you experience trouble completing payment through debit/credit card, the first thing to do is to make sure that your card is activated for online payments and that you have enough funds/limits to complete the transaction. Your bank can help you verify these details.
Some cards issued outside Nigeria are also not supported on Feelynx and may be declined. Remember that you can complete your order through Pay on Delivery which enables you to pay at your doorstep or through other available modes of payment (except for some very specific regions and pickup stations).

Shipping & Delivery Information

Products sold directly by FeelynX are purchased from authorized distributors.
Delivery is charged depending on the weight of items and your location.
Delivery charges are displayed at Checkout.
We also offer a standard 7-day return policy for eligible items in case you need to make a return.
To return any items bought on, ensure the item is in line with the conditions in the Return Policy. All items have free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.

We process most of our deliveries through FeelynX Delivery Courier. As a marketplace, our featured sellers have the option of making deliveries via other reputable couriers or delivering your order to you themselves.
We recommend you pre-pay to FeelynX (via Online, ATM, or cash deposit/transfer) for your order in order to take advantage of our Buyer Protection Program.
Some deliveries may be processed through reputed couriers (there is no added cost to this).

The standard delivery time is 7 working days however, this may vary by location and even product.
Delivery time for products is usually indicated on the product detail page.

Yes it can. However, this depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery. You can identify such products at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

You may cancel an order from your account before it is shipped.
If you receive an item and wish to return it for any reason you must inform the Seller in writing:
• Within 14 days of receiving the item.
• You may use the Returns form to let the Seller know if you wish to cancel your order.
• Within 28 days if the item becomes faulty.
The Seller will then provide you instructions on how to return your item and once your item is received back, they will process your refund to your original payment method.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty, in which case the Seller will refund the return postage. If you cancel your order, any shipping charges that you have paid to receive your purchase will be included as part of your refund.

Selling on FeelynX

If you sell new and genuine products, you can register yourself immediately by visiting the FeelynX Marketplace and filling out a brief form. Within 3 business days, someone from our team will get in touch with you to guide you through the rest of the process.

Listing products on FeelynX is absolutely free! FeelynX does not charge you anything for listing your products online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell. You can get to know the commission charged for your product category by contacting our seller center.
